A Crash Course in Prague

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve

So we didn’t have a tree... So I found a bush and took off this branch... And we decorated it with foil.

It works, I guess.

Today was fun with secret santa shopping for the family, which took a while because everything was closing early. We all succeeded in our missions, except of course for my mission later in the evening of finding a Christmas Tree...

So this is the best I could come up with.

Otherwise, the roast came out near perfect again, although slightly rare, it was still tasty.

After dinner, and a walk with my father, I lured Mom and Dad to come to midnight mass at the Church of St. James in Old Town. We stayed for a while, but the lack of heat, and the fact the mass was all in Czech, eventually suggested it was time to leave. It was still nice to see part of midnight mass in Prague. One more thing crossed of the list.
