A Crash Course in Prague

Today worked out pretty well... The weather left something to be desired, like blue sky, but hey, I can’t complain too much.
We climbed Petrin hill and the observation tower today. I think it was my second time doing so (it’s bad that I’m not sure), but it was still a good time. The views from the top are spectacular, and I make it easy and ride the special tram down the side of the hill instead of walking.
After doing some more light shopping and exploring around, we dressed for dinner, had dinner, and then went to the Rudolfinium to see a Puccini concert done by the Czech Philharmonic. And what an incredible job they did. The orchestra was spot on, the singers were great, and the chorus resonated beautifully. It was quite possibly one of the best concerts I’ve seen during time here.
Afterwards I headed back to the apartment, changed, and went back to Jaurisova to see Lenka and Ian. We headed out as a small group, for one last stent at Chapeau Rouge. It wasn’t as weird with some of the Microcosm with me, but it was still strange...
Reunion soon enough? I’m sure the whole group will be meeting up again soon, first in New York, later on in Prague.
